Our Washington case team is ready to help

We don't get paid unless you recover. The manufacturer typically pays attorney fees in successful Washington claims.

Buyback, replacement, or cash settlement — we pursue the strongest remedy under RCW 19.118.

From paperwork to NMVAB filings to manufacturer negotiation, our team manages the entire process.
Issaquah drivers depend on their vehicles for long Pacific Northwest commutes, weekend trips into the mountains, and everyday family life. When a defective vehicle disrupts that, Washington's lemon law (RCW 19.118 — Wallace's Lemon Law) and the New Motor Vehicle Arbitration Board are on your side.
Whether you bought new from a Issaquah-area dealer, leased a truck for work, or purchased a CPO SUV, RCW 19.118 protects you. Our team has handled hundreds of Washington lemon claims and knows the NMVAB arbitration process inside-out — and the manufacturer typically pays attorney fees in successful claims.

We're a high-volume lemon law firm serving Washington consumers. Over $47M recovered, 5,000+ cases settled, and a focused practice that does one thing: get drivers out of defective vehicles.

Washington's lemon law — formally the Motor Vehicle Warranties Act (RCW 19.118), often called "Wallace's Lemon Law" — protects new-vehicle buyers and lessees whose vehicles have a serious defect that the manufacturer can't fix in a reasonable number of attempts.
Unlike many states, Washington offers a free state-administered arbitration program through the New Motor Vehicle Arbitration Board (NMVAB). If you qualify, you can pursue a refund (buyback) or a comparable replacement vehicle — and the manufacturer typically pays your attorney fees if you win.
