Meet Gary Balyezyan, Esq.

Gary K. Balyezyan is an Associate Attorney at Prestige Legal Solutions, P.C., where he represents California consumers in breach of warranty and lemon law claims. His legal practice is grounded in a strong commitment to client advocacy, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset.

Gary earned his B.A. in Economics from California State University, Northridge, and went on to receive his J.D. from Southwestern Law School. While in law school, he dedicated significant time to public service—working in the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office and advocating for tenants' rights. These early experiences helped sharpen his litigation skills and deepened his commitment to standing up for individuals facing legal challenges.

Prior to joining Prestige Legal Solutions, Gary worked at a plaintiff-side employment law firm, where he represented workers in cases involving the Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA), Labor Code violations, and wage-and-hour disputes. His work holding corporate employers accountable now fuels his passion for consumer protection and his pursuit of justice on behalf of vehicle owners across California.
