Meet Aylana Dias, Esq.

Aylana Dias is an attorney licensed in Brazil since 2020 and a dedicated advocate for consumer rights. She earned her LL.M. from the University of Southern California, where she deepened her understanding of U.S. law and developed a strong foundation in consumer protection.

Prior to pursuing her LL.M., Aylana served at the Public Defender's Office in Brazil, where she dedicated herself to providing legal representation to those who could not otherwise afford it. This experience shaped her core belief that everyone deserves access to justice, regardless of their means, and laid the foundation for her lifelong commitment to helping people navigate the legal system.

While pursuing her legal education in the United States, Aylana devoted her time to consumer rights advocacy, working alongside plaintiff-side attorneys and gaining hands-on experience in warranty and defect cases brought against automotive manufacturers. This experience further deepened her passion for standing up for everyday consumers facing the challenges of dealing with large corporations.

Her dedicated work ethic, combined with her genuine empathy for clients, has allowed her to build a practice focused on achieving meaningful results. Over the past three years, Aylana has concentrated her practice on consumer rights cases, representing clients in warranty disputes and holding manufacturers accountable for defective vehicles.

Aylana brings a unique international perspective to her practice, drawing on both her Brazilian public service background and her U.S. legal training to approach every case with a broad, client-centered focus.
