Meet Andrea Plata, Esq.

Andrea Plata is an Associate Attorney at Prestige Legal Solutions, P.C. Andrea's practice focuses on consumer litigation in state and federal courts. Andrea graduated from the University of California, Merced, going on to earn her J.D. from Loyola Law School. While attending law school, she devoted her time to consumer advocacy work with a plaintiff's lemon law firm based in Los Angeles. Prior to joining Prestige Legal Solutions, P.C., Andrea also practiced in general civil litigation, and defense litigation representing manufacturers and dealers in lemon law matters. This prior lemon law experience on the defense side has bolstered her understanding and capacity as a litigator for consumer rights.
